The App is designed to provide a supportive space for users to share their thoughts via voice recordings, receive positive and uplifting responses powered by AI, and build confidence through interactive conversations. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, please do not use the App.

Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly to us, as well as information generated through your use of the App. The types of information we may collect include:

• Account Information: When you sign in using Apple Sign-In (on iOS), Google Sign-In, or as a guest, we may collect your name and email address if provided by the authentication service. If this information is not provided, we do not collect or store it. Authentication is handled through our backend with support from secure third-party services.
• Voice Recordings and Transcriptions: When you record and submit audio through the App, we temporarily process the recording to generate a text transcription. We do not store the original voice recordings. The transcriptions of your messages and the AI-generated responses are stored to maintain conversation history and provide context for better responses in future interactions.
• Birthdate for NSFW Features: If you choose to enable the NSFW (Not Safe for Work) option, which allows for more mature conversations including swearing or sexual topics based on your prompts, you must provide your birthdate via a date picker to confirm eligibility. This information is used solely to enable the feature and is not stored beyond what's necessary for verification.
• Device and Usage Information: We may collect information about your device, such as device type, operating system, and unique identifiers, as well as usage data like app interactions, to improve the App's performance and user experience.

We do not collect sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary for the App's functionality, and we do not collect location data, contacts, or other unnecessary details.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain the App's core features, including processing voice recordings into text, generating AI responses, and converting responses to speech.
• To authenticate users and manage accounts securely.
• To store conversation history (transcriptions and responses) to enable contextual, personalized interactions.
• To enable optional features like NSFW mode after age verification.
• To improve the App, troubleshoot issues, and analyze usage patterns.
• To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

Data Storage and Security

Your information is stored on secure servers located in compliant data centers. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain conversation history (transcriptions and responses) as long as your account is active to provide contextual responses. Voice recordings are not stored and are deleted after processing. You can request deletion of your data at any time (see "Your Rights" below).

Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child without parental consent, we will take steps to delete it. For features like NSFW mode, we require birthdate verification to ensure users are of appropriate age.

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including:
